The UNICEF and UNFPA Evaluation Offices plan to jointly commission an evaluability assessment of the UNFPA-UNICEF Global Programme to Accelerate Action to End Child Marriage. An evaluability assessment is an exercise to determine the overall readiness of the programme to be evaluated in a reliable and credible fashion and check the coherence and logic of the programme.

TechnoServe South Africa (TNS) seeks the services of a skilled evaluation consultant to undertake a project review of its current Irish Aid funded project that provides inputs to TNS supported smallholder farmers. TNS would like evaluator/s to conduct a summative evaluation on the Irish Aid funded programme that is in the process of a close out. The evaluation will assess progress measured against the indicators established for the project, identify and communicate key lessons on the project’s design and implementation with recommendations for a legacy fund that will be created as a result of the TNS and Irish Aid partnership.

FOS:Call for offers – M&E support for Decent Work NGO

FOS is a small Belgium funded NGO active in Southern Africa (Mozambique, South Africa, Zimbabwe) working around Decent Work. Our programme is built in a participatory way with our partners (trade unions, research and training institutes, self organisations) and we report to the Belgian Cooperation Development Authority. Our partners typically get access a yearly budget of € 30,000 – € 60,000 and all contribute to the implementation of a broader overall decent work country programme. FOS itself is not an implementing NGO, but provides support to the organisational and institutional strengthening of its partners.
