The Programme Manager is responsible for the overall coordination of the project implementation, quality assurance and budget planning & fund management during the interim period. The position will be based in Johannesburg working closely with RVAA Technical Support Team based in Gaborone. The CLEAR-AA learnership programme (Emerging Evaluator) is designed to expand the depth and breadth of academic learning as well as applied methods in the field of M&E in South Africa. The CLEAR-AA learnership will provide an opportunity for young previously disadvantaged individuals (PDI) in SA to receive experience in applying M&E theories learned in the classroom to specific experiences in the community and work world.
