Doing more with less is one of the major challenges facing state and local governments today. Budgetary pressures are compounded by rising costs, increasing constituent expectations and legislative scrutiny. Ultimately, organizations must decide how to provide the right constituent services with the appropriate resources, while attaining strategic goals and managing performance.
